During my internship at Tonic Media Network, I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project focused on TikTok strategy and writing website stories related to the health field. This experience provided me with a valuable platform to showcase my creativity and knowledge in the digital marketing realm and content creation

Media Relation Project

The Social Issue Marketing course I took during my postgraduate studies allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the principles of social issue marketing as well as behaviour change theories. Through this course, I had the opportunity to analyse various popular social campaigns in Australia.

Social Issue Marketing Project

The Media Relations course provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the role of a media relationist. I learned various important aspects of the job, including how to write effective media releases and pitches, as well as how to compile a media list, which is crucial for targeting the right journalists and media outlets. I also gained valuable insight into creating spokesperson briefing documents, ensuring that key messages are effectively communicated during media interactions.

Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Project

During the Disease Prevention and Health Promotion course, my project focused on designing public health strategies at a national level to address the issue of high salt consumption.

I started the process by doing a formative evaluation to understand the magnitude of the problem, defining the target of the intervention, designing the proposed intervention, and planning the evaluation. 

Social Media Communication Project

Developing a health campaign for social media, I tried to encourage people to move more and get rid of a sedentary lifestyle. In this project, I developed a content calendar as well as visuals for the campaign.

Real World Public Health Program Evaluation

During the Real World Public Health Program Evaluation course, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in creating evaluation plans for public health programs. Additionally, I learned to analyze existing evaluations of public health programs to identify areas for improvement. 

Through this course, I have developed a deeper understanding of the importance of rigorous evaluation in the field of public health and the significance of continuously improving programs to ensure the best outcomes for the communities they serve.

dietpartner.id is an online diet consultation service, in which we also provide information about health, nutrition, and wellness through various social media platforms.

Nutritional Project at Kemasan Village

This is a nutrition project conducted in 2020 as part of the Nutrition Program Implementation course that I took during my undergraduate study.

50 Days Volunteer Project at Sompok Village

50 Days project at Sompok Village, Bantul, Yogyakarta is a Volunteer project during my undergraduate year with "Post-Disaster Management" as the main theme since Sompok Village is prone to disasters, especially floods and landslides.
